We offer a simplified experience with streamlined communication you can always find and reference later. All conversations are safely saved and you get direct access to your team through a shared group chat. This keeps everyone on the same page and you'll get expert answers to your questions! 

a personalized experience

Remember that QR code we talked about? It's a personalized experience just for you. When you register you will be under the care of your own New Home Specialist and have access to your own photos, updates, and documents all in one place. Once your home is under construction, you will receive real-life progress photo and video updates right through the app that are stored for you to view at any time. These photos/videos may be shared directly from your gallery to family and friends, or downloaded to your personal device at your convenience.

NoviHome may be new to Smart Dwellings, but it's a trusted app used by many, many home buyers (and their builders) all over the country. This app is fully supported not just by Smart Dwellings, but also by the NoviHome team for continual improvements and updates.

how do I get started?

The best way to start your personalized experience is through a link we send you or a QR code we provide. For example, if you're brand new to Smart Dwellings, here is the perfect QR code for you! Just open the camera app on your mobile phone and scan the code. A link will pop up on the photo. Click the link to register and download the appropriate app for your device's operating system (don't worry - it works on both Android and iOS).
