Many builders market their homes with “all the upgrades included,” which is convenient if your vision of the perfect home is the exact same as the Buillder’s.  Unfortunately this is rarely the case. That means that you, the homeowner is paying for them whether you need/want them or not, but then have options you wish you had, but weren’t offered the choice.  Our pricing model includes a True Base Price Specification that includes only what is required to meet building code, with many luxury options available.  This process allows you as the homeowner maximum control over what is included, and ultimately, what you pay for.  We have many finish options displayed and pre-priced  in our beautiful, state-of-the-art design center making it quick and stress-free to select and price out the luxury options you want, while making sure the final price is within your budget.  No allowances, change orders, and last minute price changes to worry about.
